Refund/Return Policy

Carnival costumes are custom-made, as such, once a down payment is made, that down payment becomes non-refundable.

Registration fee paid is deducted from the cost of the costume. 

Additionally, there will be:
NO exchange or switching of sections.
NO changing of measurements or sizes
NO Costume Transfers and
NO Refunds.
